Mr. Christmas, why am I feelin' so lonely? Mr. Christmas, why am I here without her? Mr. Christmas, I loved her with all of my heart, Mr. Christmas, why did fate tear us apart?
Dreamin…., how I used to welcome this season, But lately…., it leaves me out in the cold, With the lowest, emptiest feelin'!
Mr. Christmas, why does the sun shine so brightly? Mr. Christmas, why does the laughter go on? Mr. Christmas, the choirs are sounding so happy, Mr. Christmas, don't they know she was all I depended upon...? Mr. Christmas, please tell them my hopes are all gone!
Is Christmas dying? Holly that hang from the door is disappearing, Lights don't shine so bright. Christmas goodwill and spirit is hard to be found, Feeling I've found my scrooge. Is it now that I've grown I see a different picture, Not so tinted in green and gifts. Santa filling my stocking, Everything such a dream through a child eyes. Nativity plays being played at school, The birth of Christ instilled into our lives. Life is changing with so many different cultures and beliefs. Will the true meaning be lost? When we have people digging a hole with their wallets. Christmas is not about the biggest present, Or how much money you've spent. Christmas for me is about love, Giving it through goodwill, with a smile or just being there. People may lose faith in religion, Never lose faith in Christmas, Christmas is love!

Lord, let me stand in the thick of the fight, Let me bear what I must without whining; Grant me the wisdom to do what is right, Though a thousand false beacons are shining.
Let me be true as the steel of a blade, Make me bigger than skillful or clever; Teach me to cling to my best, unafraid, And harken to false gospels, never.
Let me be brave when the burden is great, Faithful when wounded by sorrow; Teach me, when troubled, with patience to wait The better and brighter to-morrow.
Spare me from hatred and envy and shame, Open my eyes to life's beauty; Let not the glitter of fortune or fame Blind me to what is my duty.
Let me be true to myself to the end, Let me stand to my task without whining; Let me be right as a man, as a friend, Though a thousand false beacons are shining.
Let us try to be good and content, Kind to each other, Healthy and gentle and brave, Obedient to Mother.
For of such were the heroes of old - Patient in learning, Seldom rude, seldom cross, never cruel, From the truth never turning.
